Hi, does anyone know anything about getting hold of dummy hoods, or something that could replicate that, want to be able to ride on the hoods but running brakeless and finding the angle is too steep to have my hands comfortably

There are dummy hoods, which I think are intended to be used on a tandem:

You could probably get a similar position using a bullhorn bar as well.
